Applications seeking information under
the Act may be sent along with the prescribed fee in Dollars,
equivalent to Indian Rs.10/-, in the form of money order or postal
order drawn in favour of Consulate General of India, Chicago. It
may be noted that information provided under the Act is for subjects
falling within the jurisdiction of the Consulate. The information
under the Act can be sought by citizens of India only. Applications
should be submitted along with documentary proof of Indian
Citizenship like copy of pages of Indian Passport containing
complete details of the applicant, including local and Indian
addresses. |
